Get Caught Up in Kindness
If you know me at all, you know I'm a big fan of practising daily kindness. I think our society, our world, and definitely, our children need to see kindness modelled daily, without strings attached.
I was recently introduced to this site, and I thought it was a great place to find/share ideas and to encourage ourselves and others to spread more kindness with small acts.
They even have a 21-day challenge that you, and/or your family or friends can participate in, and if you have a great idea but no funds, you can even submit to win $100 to make your creative kindness idea come true.
We can be kind on our own, but it's kinda fun to do it as a worldwide community as well. I'd also love to hear about the small kindnesses that have changed your life. Sometimes it's the small things...
KINDSPRING: KindSpring is a place to practice small acts of kindness. For over a decade the KindSpring user community has focused on inner transformation, while collectively changing the world with generosity, gratitude, and trust. The site is 100% volunteer-run and totally non-commercial. It is a shared labor of love. http://www.kindspring.org/
