After a visit to an artist residency in France earlier this year I felt compelled to create a self-contained artist studio behind my personal residence in Chattanooga (East Ridge), TN. I believe that artists and healers are the key to healing our nation and our world and I wanted others to be able to create in my beautiful home city.

I now have a lovely functional and very customizable space availale for an artist who wants to focus on their work.

This Studio Opportunity located in East Ridge, TN includes:

  • Newly built 10’x16’ free standing Artist Studio with an array of furniture available to customize it.

  • Gray paint, blue paint and an array of spray paint if you’d like to customize the wall colors (they are currently finished drywall, but not painted).

  • Dedicated parking space, keys (dead bolt) and access to restroom (under carport). Hi speed Wifi also available in the space.

  • Large yard with picnic table and two silly chickens to keep you entertained.

  • The space would be best for artists who do not have really messy or loud work … like fashion/accessory designers,

    illustrators, animators, painters, writers, musicians, craft artists, textile artists, sculptors, video editors and more.

  • The space has a ceiling fan and is fully wired with multiple 3 prong outlets, so it could also house a small standing AC/heat unit which would be plenty to keep it comfortable.

  • The space also has two windows for natural light, plus large barn doors at one end (hope to build a deck here when I can).

  • Beautiful walk to nearby green space with city overlook, a few minutes drive from great coffee and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from downtown.

This is behind a private residence, so I am only sending this out to personal referrals. Asking $500 rent per month, due on the 1st of the month, as well as a $250 security deposit that will be returned at move-out.
